customer watches the CLA application RAM in the memory window. He sees that in some location it is writen with 0x0000s. What is the reason?

Please refer to this FAQ:
In this case not all of the accesses are blocked but many of them are. This is because of the priority of CLA opcode fetch over debug accesses.
