hello,

I was trying to do lab 1 from motorware user guide. it asks me to import file from the following link show below in picture. i got confused in the red circle parts. I am using a launchxl-f28069M and boostxldrv-8301.

so in this lab it is done for instaspin foc and drv8312kit. for my board do i have to select instaspin motion and boostxldrv8301_revB?

The path in the document is just an example. Like it says, you would select the applicable board and device for you. So for lab 1, you would go to

\sw\solutions\instaspin_foc\boards\boostxldrv8301_revB\f28x\f2806xF\projects\ccs

Lab 1 is an InstaSPIN-FOC lab, so I'm not sure what you mean about InstaSPIN-Motion, but if you were looking for a Motion lab, then instaspin_motion would be the correct folder to navigate through.

thanks i got your point. as my launchpad is f28069M is an instaspin motion launchpad, can i use this launchpad for lab 1 as lab 1 is for instaspin foc?

Yes, the F28069M supports both InstaSPIN-MOTION and InstaSPIN-FOC.
