CCS/LAUNCHXL-F280049C: Device is not a choice

I am on the Resource Explorer of CCS and am trying to use the dropdown labeled "Select a Device or Board" to select the LAUNCHXL-F280049C LaunchPad but the device is not in the list.  Can you tell me what I should select in order to use this particular LaunchPad?

    I would select F280049C in the filter.

    In Resource Explorer on dev.ti.com this is what it will show:

    The key software package for this device is C2000Ware.

    I will follow up on why the LaunchPad itself is not a selectable item.
