  could we simply re-state your problem as being unable to program the flash? Have you tried programming a simple testcase from C2000ware? (after changing the linker command file to load code in flash memory)

I am simply trying to the demo working.

I dont care if it runs from Flash or RAM...

Which C2000Ware example and which Linker command file would you recommend we use for a C2000Ware build?

Please check if you are able to program the following project into flash memory: (if your problem is indeed programming code into flash memory) C:\ti\c2000\C2000Ware_2_00_00_02\device_support\f2802x\examples\structs\flash_f2802x

This project is meant to be loaded into flash and should work "as is"

Do I undestand corectly when i assume that the switch on the control card:

Should be in the following positions:

SW1 on controlCard

Position 1 = 1

Position 2 = 1

And jumper J6 on the board (emulator enable) should be present, to be able to debug the flash code?

The customer is trying to program the board and debug the code...

I have not been able to find any information about what these switches on the controlcard do?

I am aware that they set the boot mode...

Just an update.

I have now looked at the datasheet, and the schematics for the controlcard.

In the datasheet is stated that the bootmode should be set to Wait mode for debugging which is done by setting:

GPIO37/TDO = 1

GPIO34 = 0

According to the schematics of the controlcard it seems like SW1 is the boot mode Switch.

So my best guess is to enter Wait mode on boot (used for emulator) the settings should be

SW1

Position 1 = 0

Position 2 = 1

Is that correct?

First thing to check whether device is in depletion? Were you able to erase the flash successfully?

If the part is in depletion. Did you already try depletion recovery algorithm. If running depletion recovery also fails to recover the part. Your only option is to replace the part.

In the link above is described that the depletion recovery function is found in the flash GUI.

Where do i find the flash GUI in CCS.

That is not described in the link, and searching for flash GUI in help does not get any hits...

Regarding the SW1 on the controlcard (asked earlier), I didnt get any response.

Is that because the state of the switch is "dont care"?
