Compiler/TMS320F28069: Adding the user .exe file in post build settings

Hi,

I want to add the user defined exe file, is it possible to add it in post build setting?

if yes, please let me know the command to execute it and where to keep exe file

note: i tried with the "${PROJECT_LOC}/Debug/a.exe" but not able to create another .bin file with crc and length appended to it.
