Hi,

Currently we are in the process of creating a tool to configure CLB to enable customers to develop CLB based software on their own.
This will be available by end of 3Q19. There is no finalized plan to release BiSS-C protocol on F280049, but we'll be developing examples for BiSS-C and other encoder protocols based on the tool after 3Q19 release.
