Could you tell me why in 64 pin Q and non-Q device have differences on pin 29 and 30?

For Q100 certification we required the Flash Test signals be brought to package pins for accessibility; so on the 64PMQ device pins 29 and 30 are used for this function. On the non-Q100 device, this is not a requirement, so these pins are connected to GPIOs(GPIO13 and GPIO12).
So, non-automotive customers can use the non-Q device and get 2 extra GPIO signals vs the Q-100 rated device.
