CCS/LAUNCHXL-F28377S: Error report

TI CCS management,

During target configuration CCS is frozen and I have terminate CCS from Windows. I didn't find out the log and can only provide you with the screen shot.

    The behaviour displayed is related to a random delay when CCS is trying to access the XDS100 Debug Probe of your development kit - this is sometimes caused by an inability of the Operating System to properly restore operation of USB devices when the system is gone through power or hibernation cycles. Unfortunately, due to the random nature of this issue we were never able to properly find the root cause for it.

    In this case, sometimes you can restore the functionality of CCS by simply unplugging the board from the USB port - CCS will throw an error but will have its window active again. If this continues to happen, usually plugging the Debug Probe to another USB port forces the Operating System to re-enumerate the USB devices and re-gain control over the Debug Probe. In very rare cases a system reboot is necessary.
