TMS320F28335: Automated Test Tool

Hi guys,

a customer is using TMS320F28335 in their product. They are currently working on a setup to continue to build, test and deploy. For that they are planning to set up an automation test suite. They already implemented tools (flash, test, validation) in C++ to communicate through SPI.

Now they are investigating either to implement the automated test by using DSS (Debug Server Scripting + JTAG ) plus their in house tools (SPI) or to buy a commercial tool.

Can you recommend a tool (unit, integration and system test ..etc)?

Hi Franz,

We use the DSS locally to automate our tests. Can you expand on what your customer is trying to do with the DSS?
