You may have to increase the acquisition sampling window (ACQPS). Currently, it may be set to 8. Try going 12 or higher. If it is still not improved, then it is what the hardware is able to feed the into the ADC.

Adding a filter in the feedback path will add more delay to the control loop and may not be preferred.

Secondly, I don't think we have a generic FIR or IIR filter code. If you intend to try, you are on your own.

I increased the acquisition sampling window (ACQPS),

First ACQPS=16

Second ACQPS=32

Third ACQPS=64

The result have not changed,  there has not any improved. 

What about the low pass passive filter (RC filter).

Try using a high cut off low pass filter before feeding into the ADC channel.
