TIDM-SOMPLC-G3-CENELEC: Firmware get

Hi all:

One of my customer want to get the firmware of TIDM-SOMPLC-G3-CENELEC.

I have read the USER GUIDE(http://www.ti.com.cn/cn/lit/ug/tidu442a/tidu442a.pdf)  and it said at page 8 that "Install the desired Texas Instruments PLC Development Package from www.ti.com/plc." But I didn't find the download link on the website.

Could you provide the firmware to me directly?

    We have placed all C2000 PLC FW downloads behind the My Secure SW request server.  The reason is that effective 2016 we have ended updates and support from TI for these eMETER based PLC packages, both the FW you have mentioned as well as all HW packages have been removed from TI.com. 

    I would discourage a customer from starting new development on these un-supported packages/tools.

    With that said if this request is to get the FW for an already existing HW package in possesion of the customer, or customer who has prior experience with these tools then they can apply for access here:  http://www.ti.com/tool/ti-plc-g3-cenelec-sn 

    I would make it clear to the customer that beyond delivery of the requested packages there is no expectation of support from TI with the FW or related HW.

    Once the application is completed it will be reviewed for compliance to our export control proceedures and fwd to the owner inside of TI for access approval.  This may take a few weeks for all the steps to clear.
