CCS/TMS320F280049C: stl_osc_cputimer example

That module can be found in the diagnostic lib found here:

http://www.ti.com/tool/c2000-safeti-diagnostics-lib

Once you have it installed, there's an example in C2000Ware_1_00_01_00\libraries\diagnostic\f2837xd\examples\cpu1 that will demonstrate how to use all the modules including stl_osc_ct.
