TMS320F28035: What will happen is 2 GPIOs are configured with the same function?

Hi team,

Received a interesting question from my customer:

They would like to know what will happen 2 GPIOMUX is configured with the same function. Let's assume GPIO5 and GPIO24 are all configured to be the input of ECAP. What will happen? Will 2 GPIOs be all available for this fucntion?

Regarding this is not a reliable design, I have suggested customer to change their design. But I am still wondering what will be happen if C2000 is configured as above?

Hi Brian,

I can't find the answer documented anywhere, but my guess is that it's going to result in some undefined behavior and so it shouldn't be done as you said.
