i have seen some of the post that i need to change something in hardware so that i can use serial communication as external . but i am confuses what to do and how to do it

I am using f28335 experimental kit.

how to set SW1 off. by desoldering it ?
should i put jumper wire on J9. like both pin of the J9 need to be connected.

Which version of controlcard are you using "TMDSCNCD282335 R2.2" or "TMDSCNCD28335PGF R1.0" or something else?

The connections depend on the version of controlcard .

No you don't need to desolder it .. don't you see it as a usual switch to turn on / off?

Yes both pin of the J9 need to be connected.
