Hello,

Just confirming -- can the controlSUITE "High-voltage Solar Maximum Power Point Tracking Development Kit" software be used for this EVM? And, in general, can this be used with all other Piccolo EVMs?

Elisha,

THis is a very old lower power design,

please reach out internally to discuss what is your objective.

I will not recommend this design for new development

The HV Solar MMPT kit has it's own software in controlSUITE

C:\ti\controlSUITE\development_kits\HV_SOLAR_DC_DC

the software for solar explorer will not work on this design.

We do design these with control card concept, so any control card with 100 pin connector can potentially work with the kit.

Hello Manish,

Thanks for your response. The app note (http://www.ti.com/lit/an/sprabr4a/sprabr4a.pdf) discusses the MPPT software diagram and the customer is asking if the MPPT algorithm is already coded and available in some library.
