No connection to Texas Instruments XDS100v1 USB Emulator. How can this be fixed?

Which controlCard are you using? Are you using the on-board emulator on the High Voltage Kit or the emulator on the controlCard?

Are you the first time to use the kit and the emulator can't be connected? Or you have successfully connected the emulator before, but it can't work after you try something?
