What CMOS technology was used to fabricate digital signal controller TMS320F2833x

Hi, really sorry if this not the right place to ask. Anyway, i just would like to know that what CMOS technology (180nm or 90nm etc) has been used to fabricate digital signal controller TMS320F2833x and cycle time required to complete the floating-point add/sub, multiply and divide operation in this particular chip. The reason behind is that i would to do some comparison study with other DSCs chip and came accross that the above required info not stated in the data sheet provided from TI website. Really appreciate your help.
