CCS/TMS320F28335: SVGEN Duty Range

The carrier range is 0 to 100% and the mid point is at 50% or 0.5. The sine output is superimposed on this mid point, so the sine can have a max mag of 0.5 in which case the duty cycle will spread across 0 to 100% (Out = 0.5 + 0.5sin(wt)). SVGEN allows the sine mag to be around 0.57 because of inherent third harmonic injection. For mag above this, the duty cycle will try to shoot above and below 100% and 0% resp which will not be supported by carrier and hence the clamp.

When ı read  C:\TI\controlSUITE\development_kits\HVMotorCtrl+PfcKit_v2.1\~Docs,  DCBus=300V Deadband=0.83us, Vmotor=200V.

You will get 300/sqrt(3)=173V,    and Vdtesting and VqTesting must be 1.0 

How can you get 200V.

The motor may be rated for 200V dc to deliver rated speed and power. You should check with the motor mfr if the motor is safe to use at 300V dc.

The HVPM senserless is a ac motor driver application.

The motor have to be ac motor.

My DCBus=310V Dc

ı want produce  3~110V AC signal by LC filter which connect output of inverter.

110*sqrt(2)<310/sqrt(3)

SVGEN is not enough because.   I must set VdTesting=0.9     Vqtesting=0.2

When ı set these setpoint, SVGEN is out of limits (0.5+0.9=1.4).

How can ı get 110C Ac signal with 310 DCBus.

For inverter fed motors, some mfrs spec the motor voltage based on dc input voltage. That is why, I suggested that.

The fundamental of inv output is 0.5*Vdc*1.15/sqrt(2).  1.15 is due to svpwm. Hope it helps.

Btw, when you are dealing with Vd and Vq, then sqrt(vd*vd  +  vq*vq) should be lesser than 1. When you used 0.9 and 0.5, this was exceeded.
