I am using Lab 5b : Tuning the FAST speed control for my project that uses a BLDC motor and I have previously tuned the motor parameters using Insta- Spin labs.I was trying to see if the motor could follow the commanded speed after being slowly loaded and released.

The motor is able follow the commanded speed perfectly when gMotorVars.Torque_Nm is less than 0.1 Nm, but when gMotorVars.Torque_Nm exceeds 0.10 Nm, the motor does not follow the commanded speed anymore.

So my question is what is limiting my torque. Is there a way I could increase the threshold for torque?

I am not sure if I framed my question accurately so, please let me know if there is any other information that could clarify my question.
