The project is not built

There was no change with CCS opening and closing

Why??

Yes it is a build error that does not allow me to program on the chip

I encounter the same error in every project I choose

It may not be a real issue. I don't see any build error in the console output.

Can you create a new workspace and import the same project?

Next time when you try to build please try re-build project.
