TMS320F28335: What affects Flash's erase time of F28335 ?

I find erase Flash time is big different .for example ,I test the erase flash time of Flash Sector H (32K × 16) that is 1.57s or 2.058s or 2.592s from different chip of F28335.

I want to know What are the reasons for the different erasing flash times by different chip of F28335 ?
