I am building a custom board around TMS320F28035.Need refrence design for Reset Circuit (RST and TRST

) and Crystal Oscillator. What should be the frequency of Oscillator?

    You can use the ControlCard schematic for reference, please download C2000Ware and go to :

    C:\ti\c2000\C2000Ware_2_00_00_02\boards\controlCARDs\TMDSCNCD28035\R1_2

    Crystal frequency is up to application as long as it follow the datasheet.
