CCS/TMS320F28069M: the debugger display screen: graph tool window : overlap of two plots

Hello,

I have a question on the debugger display screen of the Code Composer Studio V8.3.0.

In the screen capture image shown below, the graph tool window is displayed in the bottom right half area.

In this captured image, the graph tool displays the plots associated with the DualTimeA variable and the DualTimeB variable separately.

However what I need to do is to display the plots associated with the DualTimeA variable and the DualTimeB variable in one window.

In other words, I need to overlap two plots associated with both DualTimeA variable and DualTimeB variable in one window.

How can I resolve this issue?

Hello Jeongsoo,

This is not supported. It has been requested before but there are currently no plans to add this feature in. This is partially because the CCS graph tools are deprecated in support. Sorry.

We no longer provide a PDF version of the CCS User's Guide.

You can only access it from 'Help -> Help Contents' in CCS or from Resource Explorer:

I recognize that I cannot download the PDF version of the newer CCS User's Guide.

Meanwhile what is the latest PDF version of the CCS User's Guide?

It would also be helpful if I can download the latest PDF version.

Where can I download it?

The last version of CCS to have a PDF user's guide was CCSv3.3:

I appreciate your review.

Meanwhile returning to the initial post, the graph tool provided in CCS is the most convenient and essential tool for me.

It would be because my work area is on the motion control using PMSM or ACIM.

I propose that the graph tool of CCS be enhanced continuously by TI.

Understood. But note that the CCS graph tools are being deprecated in support. Much of the new work in graphing capability is being done to GUI Composer.

I have recognized GUI Composer for the first time from you.

It looks a great tool.

How can I download the GUI Composer package?

Otherwise is it a tool included in CCS?

The latest versions of GUI Composer is mostly an on-line cloud based tool, hence nothing to download:
