Hello,

Not sure I understand, looking at the layout I see both pin 6 and pin 8 connected to 3.3V through vias. That is consistent with the schematic. Could you clarify?

From the picture of PCB , pin6 & pin8 are connected to Vias ,but Vias is not connected to 3.3V in the layout that download form C2000Ware_2_00_00_02\boards\controlCARDs\TMDSCNCD280049C .

You check it form the picture or TI design？

These pins are connected to the EMU_3V3 net on layer "Internal-Plane 6" through thermal relief vias. I have highlighted the plane in orange below.
