CCS/TMS320F2806: Whether InstaSPIN-FOC can stop commutation when the block turns

No, instaSPIN-FOC will try to keep running with the target speed or torque current, so you have to add a function to detect the state and process it by yourself since it is a detail special case and there is no reference for it in motorWare as well.

So which code controls commutation?

• What I want to ask is which code in instaspin-foc controls commutation.

Suppose you want to stop the motor, so you only need to set gMotorVars.Flag_Run_Identify from "true" to "false", or tune off the PWM output.

1.  gMotorVars.Flag_Run_Identify = 0;

          2. CTRL_setFlag_enableCtrl(ctrlHandle, gMotorVars.Flag_Run_Identify);

But what I need is to stop commutating and maintain torque output, not shut down the motor.
