DRV8312-69M-KIT: Reverse spinning of the motor with the BLDC_Sensored project.

Part Number: DRV8312-69M-KIT

Hello,

I post my problem here because nobody answers to my questions posted the previous week in a new post.

I still have the same problem, I have changed the commutation sequence in the BLDC_Sensored.c file and the code in the mod6 module. The motor spins in the reverse direction, so that's good but, it makes a lot of noise and seems to be not normal. Also, when I put a speedReference in the build level 6, in the clockwise direction I have to give a manual impulsion in order the motor start spinning.

Finally, when I put reference speed in input ( ex :  0.5 ) , the motor start spinning until reaching an intermediate speed value ( 0.2) , then stay at this last one during 3 or 4 seconds and then, the speed increases suddenly to the value entered in input ( 0.5). You will find a screenshot  of the speed response attached here.

Do you have an idea to resolve those two problems ?

    Thank you for reading me.

    Best regards.

  • It seems like you need to change some functions for the reserve rotation since the example project only supports a rotation direction. Could you please keep to the thread you posted for further discussion on this topic since it's the same topic?
