the difference betwenn BIOS and non-BIOS applications

DSP281x_Headers_nonBIOS.cmd instead of  DSP281x_Headers_BIOS.cmd, so what i want to know is the difference between the two files and what they mean by BIOS and non-BIOS applications.

The non-BIOS version includes a mapping for the PIE vector table.  The BIOS one does not.  This is because a DSP/BIOS and sys/BIOS project will define the PIE table as part of the BIOS cmd file.
