Jeet,
No, the F2806x class of devices does not have analog output pins. The internal 10-bit DACs are used as the inverting input into the on-chip comparators only.
This app note: http://www.ti.com/lit/spraa88 details how to use the PWM outputs with an external RC filter to create a DAC that can be controlled by the C2000.
The other option would be to use a newer C2000 MCU like TMS320F280049, which does have the buffered output DAC capability you are looking for natively.
