they hope to know, What's the latest Compiler version that CCS3.3 can use?

    Erwin,

    Typically we do not test using newer compiler versions with much older versions of CCS like 3.3. CCS 3.3 was released around 2006/2007 so compilers released up to a few years later would work, but the more recent versions are definitely not tested with CCS 3.3. You can check the download page for release dates: http://software-dl.ti.com/codegen/non-esd/downloads/download.htm#C2000

    Having said that I believe versions up to 6.2.x should work. There is a forum thread here where a user has shared their experience in getting versions newer than that to work with CCS 3.3.
