Could you please let me know the output load condition for 5.5.1 Operating Mode Test Description in the datasheet?
There might be tiny load I think.

Hi Hitoshi,

No load is connected on the IOs except the inherent load due to traces. So yes it will be very tiny, close to no load condition.
