Here is a question from my customer. You support will appreciated.
The question is F28335 related. When customer is using eCAN which supports 32 mailboxes, they noticed 3-4 mailboxes will not receive the correct data. However, they can observe on the CAN bus that the data is transferred with correct ID.
When customer switch to, I quote, 'normal CAN mode' which supports 8 mailboxes. Everything goes back to normal.
Thus, customer would like to know what is the difference between normal CAN mode and ECAN mode.
However, according to my understanding, I did not notice we have a normal CAN mode supporting only 8 mailboxes. Could you help to explain what is the difference between CAN mode and ECAN mode?
