TMS320F28034: Product line programming isssue with XDS200: Error while executing OnFileLoaded()

Hi expert,

My customer used to factory programming F28034 alone then soldering to PCB board (XDS100 used). Now, they switched to XDS200 wiht external power supply, programming using an Unilfash tools. This time they meet below error and the F28034 seems not perform all the functions properly after programming (test failed).

Could you help me identify the error?

Sheldon,

Which version of UniFlash is the customer using? There should be a fix for the OnFileLoaded() error in UniFlash 5.0 and newer.

Also, from my understanding of the OnFileLoaded() bug, it should not affect operations of the loaded program, so there might be other issues that is causing the test failures.
