Tool/software: TI C/C++ Compiler

Hi:

We are trying to obtain more information on the TI compiler that comes with the TI c2000 coder support package. Is there any issue list or qualification documentation for the compiler we can take a look at? We are trying to substitute object trace of the compiler with any of the following:

- historical usage of the compiler.

- Assessment of the development process of the compiler.

- Test of the functionality of the compiler.

Is there any data available that can be shared?

The root directory of the compiler installation includes two files with this information: Closed_defects.html and Open_defects.html. The location of this directory is similar to ...

C:\ti\ccs901\ccs\tools\compiler\ti-cgt-c2000_18.12.3.LTS

Some general information is in the article Compiler Validation. Note we do not use the Nullstone tests any longer.

Consider using the SafeTI Compiler Qualification Kit.
