Hi all,

One of trigger source for ADC module is CPU timer0 (or 1,2). based on datasheet when CPU timer generated an event then SOC starts conversion. my question is that what's the meaning of "an event" ?

( meaning of "an event" is : when TIMH:TIM decrements to zero ??? if your answer is yes,please say that it is necessary write ISR for timer or not.)

The CPU timers generates event when timer counter reached 0.

Hi,

Yes, that’s what a timer event means.

You could disable (or not enable) the CPU timer interrupt if you don’t want any timer interrupts. Then the ISR is not required.
