TMS320F28062F: How to solve InstaSPIN-FOC(lab10a) PWM Skipping phenomenon

Hello,

We are evaluating a kind of Winch by InstaSPIN-FOC F28062F/lab10a program.
When it lifts a light object, it can lift up without problems. But when it lifts a heavy object, it can not lift up smoothly.

On this heavy load, PWM Skipping phenomenon occurs as follows.

We are checking chapter 14 of InstaSPIN-FOC UG(spruhj1g) .

1. What h/w board are you using? A TI EVM board? Or your own board?

2. What load are you adding on the motor? Is the load over the rated or maximum output load of the motor?

3. What USER_MAX_VS_MAG_PU are you setting in user.h? Please limit the USER_MAX_VS_MAG_PU to lower than (0.575).

Hello, Yanming-san,

My "USER_MOTOR_MAX_CURRENT" in the user.h was wrong value by mistake.

After I set it as the MOTOR Rated current, the problem is not occurred.
