If 3V3 and GND have been shorted there are likely parts on the board that are damaged. You'll need to debug the board, find what parts are damaged, and replace them. Or purchase a new LaunchPad.

If you're going to debug the board, I'd suggest removing JP1, JP2, and JP3 first to isolate the JTAG emulator from the rest of the board. Then you'll need to locate the parts that are bad on either side of the board, JTAG or DUT side. This could be a lengthy process depending on what's damaged. Could perform a visual check, touch check for components that are hot (be careful of ESD), check parts with multi / LCR meter, etc.

  • Thank you for response .

Now remove JP1,JP2 and JP3 then connected board to laptop and detected by laptop.(but before this not detected.)

now check side of JTAG emulator or another side? Which part should I check ? which part probably damaged ?

and I don't know meaning of ESD? please explain more.

    NOTE:

before removing JP1,JP2 and JP3 the board not detect with laptop and when connected it to USB the TMS320F28379D and some of part are hot.But after removing JP1,JP2 and JP3 the board detect by laptop and led of side of JTAG turned on.(before not this happen .)

    Thank and regards.
    Best for you.

This means that the issue is not on the JTAG side, but on the DUT (device under test) side, so you can focus your efforts there. I can't say which part is damaged, you'll have to debug the DUT side and its components further.

ESD is Electrostatic Discharge which can damage PCBs and the devices on them if they are not handled properly.

  • Thank you very much.

How to know that the TMS320F28379D damaged??

    Best for you.

  • Hi sms,

If the F28379D device is getting hot to the touch and drawing a lot of current than it's likely damaged. If this is the case, purchasing a new LaunchPad altogether is the simplest thing to do.

    Best,
