TMS320F280049: ePWM line treatment just after reset

Part Number: TMS320F280049
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TIDM-1000

Hi Experts,

This is a digital power solution for automotive.
Is it safer to add a pull-down or pull-up resister onto ePWMx_A/B which are connected to the gate drives?
I have to make sure the safer HW setting just after reset.
The ePWM x_A/B pins must be GPIO input just after the reset so the lines for the gate drivers or buffers are Hi-Z meaning unstable.

I believe that the pull-down resisters seem safer.
If so, do we have any recommended resister value for that?

Thank you for your kind check and recommendations.
Best regards,
HItoshi
