TMS320F28069: GPIO14 and GPIO17 cannot be configured as /TZ3 simultaneously.

If I configure only GPIO14 or GPIO17 as /TZ3, everything works as expected, i.e. if the signal goes low I get a trip event.

If I configure both GPIO14 and GPIO17 as /TZ3 at the same time, the trip-zone stops working. I.e. if one of the signals go low or if both go low at the same time, no trip event occurs.

Is this expected behaviour?
