TMS320F28377D: Changing PWM outputs: controlSUITE - motor_control - svgen

Hi, 

I am trying to implement the SVGEN library for my microcontroller, however the duty cycle timings are bound to set PWM channels. I have provided the table explaining this from the DMC documentation, however even with the aid of the document I am still usure how to change what pwm channels my duty ratios are bound to.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
