Concerning the USER_VOLTAGE_FILTER_POLE_Hz setting

Is there filter compensation for 2 pole filter that we used in our voltage feedback design?

If not, please advise whether filter compensation takes into account magnitude attenuation of the fundamental frequency, it's phase shift, or both.

The filter compensation is done in the estimator of InstaSPIN-FOC, so you need to set the correct USER_VOLTAGE_FILTER_POLE_Hz in user.h according to the voltage sensing circuit of your hardware board.

I realize that USER_VOLTAGE_FILTER_POLE_Hz is for filter compensation but it is for single pole NOT two pole as we are using. That is why I asked

You don't need to do anything, that's done in FAST algorithm, you just need to set the right USER_VOLTAGE_FILTER_POLE_Hz according to your h/w.
