Using DMC libraries

Hello TI Community,

I would like to know how to add or use the DMC libraries in CCS 4.  I purchased the C2000 Renewable Development Kit and am using the code provided by TI to run this board.  All is OK - code runs fine.  Now I would like to experiment with some of the modules provided in the DMC library for example the Clarke transformation.  I know this isn't used on Renewable Development board. 

A few questions:

1) Does the DMC folder containing all the document need to be in the same directory as my current project?

2) Do I have to add the.h to my project tree?  I've seen in another post that the reply message instruction was to install the DMC.lib file.  What is this exactly and how or where is this added to the current project?
