data rate converter

hello!
I am working on a project which requires Ethernet data rate up-conversion. Is there any IC available which can do the same , i can't use any separate module fro that. Also the requirement is copper to copper (ethrenet to ethernet) converter

Sir,
I am looking for a single chip data rate converter . I don't if there is a product like that... data rate converter modules are available, but i cant use that due to size limitation. So am looking for an IC if available for the same.
