CCS/TMS320F28335: Resource explorer is not opening

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

Dear Sir,

I am using CCS version 9. I tried to open the Resource Explorer for example projects. But it is saying "Access Denied! Check for the right proxy settings." I check the network connection in Window-> Preferences. Please somebody help me . I have attched the network connection settings attched for the reference.

The error message generally happens when something is blocking Resource Explorer from accessing the internet. Could be a proxy setting or firewall. There are other features in Code Composer Studio that access the internet. I would like to see if they are also being blocked, that could help narrow down the issue. If you try to check for updates from the help menu does that work? What about if you open the App Center from the View menu?

Were you able to see if other features of CCS were able to access the internet?

As I have not heard back from you I am going to assume that you have gotten past this and were able to resolve the issue. If you are still having this issue and wish to debug then please feel free to reply or to start a new thread.

Thank you sir for your reply. I reinstalled the CCS 9.2.0 it is working fine now.
