No, the two links are completely independent and separate workshops.  The first link with a complete full version of the workshop and it does not have a video.  The second link is a condensed version which includes a video.  The lab exercises are slightly different in the second link and lab 1 I am referencing you to does not exist in the first link.  So you have two different examples on creating a dual-core project; lab 11 in the first link and lab1 in the second link.

You will also find the link for the condensed version at the bottom of the full workshop webpage.

I see that Lab 11 explains the projects. But I want to know how to run it in CCS. And those labs have register level coding whereas I am doing Driverlab coding.

Sorry, but the F28379D lab exercises were built using the bit field header files.  As for the dual-core lab exercise (lab 11), if you want to use Driverlib you would need to convert the code.  You can see how the lab exercise can be converted to Driverlib by referring to the F28004x workshop at:

The F28004x is not a dual-core device, but this workshop will give you an idea on how to get started.
