Dear Team

My customer buy the DRV8312-C2-KIT and receive a USB Stick with GUI, CCStudio IDE, Quick Start Guide, and controlSUITE software. But when they run the GUI.exe , they found it can not be installed with the internal error.please refer to the picture below

In our site , we do not have enough information to support the customer to solve the issue ,thank you very much if you can provide any ideas.

    This is a compatible question with the OS system since it's a very older software designed before. You might ask the customer to use CCS to develop or debug the project directly since the GUI is just used to demo the reference design.
