TMS320F28377D: C2000-GANG programmer with error code 69

Hi expert,

My customer meets error 69 when factory programming F28377D. Do you have any idea of how to solve this issue and what is the root cause behind?

BTW, could you provide me with any documentation regarding how to debug based on C2000-GANG’s error code?

What is the C2000 GANG hardware revision that the customer is using?

What is the clock configuration that they are using with GANG?

Regarding the documentation, we already asked them to include the error number for the list of errors that they provided in their documentation.
