Hi,

I ordered two TMDSHVMTRPFCKIT kits and the first one was fine, and I shipped it to my customer. In the second unit the USB stick that comes with the kit is blank. Unfortunately, I also shipped the computer that I tried the first kit with to the customer, since it was their machine. Where can I get the files on the USB stick? I am unable to install drivers for the USB serial and XDS100, and also don't have the GUI to verify the kit.

everything from the USB stick is in www.ti.com/controlsuite

you can find it through the interface, or directly on your hard drive after install at

C:\ti\controlSUITE\development_kits\HVMotorCtrl+PfcKit_v1.6\~GUI

It's concerning that the USB stick was blank. If you can see a date code on the sticker on the box please post so I can discuss with the manufacturer.
