I purchased a TMS320F28335 board and use it for research. I am interested in CSM. Is CSM implemented in hardware?

If so, where is it on this board?

It is hardware. The logic implementing code security is part of the silicon. That is, it is inside the 28335 chip.

If it's inside the chip, does that mean if I open the circled in the picture, Is there code security module?

Yes, CSM is indeed part of the circled device in the picture.
