Hi,

This is a confirmation.

My customer have a plan to change the MCU in their next design to F28377s from F2812 which used in previous design.
ADC of TMS320F2812 needs calibration as shown in spra989a.pdf.
Is the calibration is needed in F28377S?

Hi Taki,

The F28377S will have much improved accuracy (Gain, Offset, Linearity) compared to F2812. To meet these specifications does not require additional calibration beyond loading factory-supplied values into the trim registers, and this is taken care of by the boot-ROM or ADC support functions.
