I wouldn't if you don't plan to physically remove the key pin (thus it wouldn't really be connected to anything).

The reason is that, if a connector is accidentally placed inverted, the SWDCLK/TCK pin (output from the Debug Probe side) will be grounded, with the potential to cause damage.
